I deploy to Afghanistan tomorrow and listening to this song reminds me of the phrase "It's always calm before the storm." Just... in a solemn state of mind. Beautiful song.

that is no doubt a dali painting...one of his sister i believe. Cold and uninviting, this is the response to comments made by her about him in a book so they say. A warm painting of her was done before this...good song by the way.

@gromenawer it looks like an Edward Hopper painting, in the woman's position and the theme of the windows..

@balthazarism you are right, its similar to Edward Hopper's theme, but Hopper usually put more details on the room.
There are no doubts of it's authorship, is a Dali painting of 1925 and it's at Reina Sofia museum in Madrid.
I don't know if he knew Hopper work when he made this painting, but I think the resemblance it's just a coincidence.

It's a picture made by the spanish paintor Salvador Dali and its called "Muchacha en la ventana" or in english "girl at the window"
