  • a contractual bonus is an oxymoron. a bonus is optional by definition no company is obligated to pay them out.

  • I don't agree. Deficits do matter. My comment saying that I am doubtfully that it will ever be paid off. The government does not "live within its means." We would need a fiscally conservative government for a couple decades to pay it back.
