Dr Geebers - The Pebble Man - Amroth, Pembrokeshire

Dr Geebers, the Pebble Man has just reached the 1000 mile milestone at Amroth Beach in Pembrokeshire, West Wales. Dr Geebers is homeless and has set himself the challenge of walking the coastline of the UK creating pebble sculptures on his way. After Christmas he will be heading towards north Wales looking for a suitable beach for his next sculpture.

Just met him yesterday in Bexhill on Sea where he had created three beautiful sculptures - somebody needs to give this man an arts fund to do these amazing sculptures and help him raise money for the homeless that he feels driven to do. I'm sure he could be 'resident beach artist' to attract tourists here in the summer :0)

I met him in sheringham in 2011 and I was amazed by him. He is homeless and was able to camp out in the rain in a windy shack by the sea. He is an inspiration.
