No doubt, there are agents in every organization, church, mosque, and group that advocate for the poor and speak truth. I understand what you were saying, but I needed to say that for those who may have not understood.....also, Gaddafi didn't offer that money, the Minister asked him for a loan so that we in the NOI can purchase property and open up businesses. He gave us the loan and we paid him back.
