Tricky Ricky Surges!

Rick Santorum, repeatedly beaten up on the playground as a child by other children who screamed, "Pansy, pansy, run home to Mommy!" is getting even with them all by running for the presidency.

Now those same people, grown up and liberal, quake in their boots as the Santorum juggernaut approaches New Hampshire. Santorum, who has vowed to deport anyone who refuses to bash gays and handicapped individuals, reports that his early life prepared him spendidly for assuming the nation's highest office.

"Don't worry about me, cruel bullies," he says. "I'm big and stong now!"

And he is. Santorum's recent 2nd place finish in the Iowa caucus has guaranteed him a spot in the Republican pantheon of greatness, an elite group of bribe takers, bigots, and inbred hatemongers who seek fresh new leadership for their Grand Old Party. Where will Tricky Ricky take the U.S. after he takes the oath of office? Well, you can bet it won't be in a wheelchair, and there won't be any identifiably gay people within 50 feet. Santorum believes in self-reliance, so he'll place his hand upon the Bible all by his widow self! And Mommy will be so proud!
