why do u use loreal black eyeliner?

would mac black eyeliner waterproof be okay to give the intensity? or is loreal better?

@Niya917 thank you so much. i'm not sure if your talking about the l'oreal liquid or the pencil eyeliner. i love them both. they are affordable and great quality. i have not used any MAC eyeliners so I don't have an opinion on them.
