More footage of my hack, SoniNeko

In this video I'm going to show more stuff from SoniNeko, my hack of Sonic 1 for the Sega Genesis. In case you want to know more about my hack, you can check this link: http://forums.sonicretro.org/index.php?showtopic=9848
It is not the best hack ever made, but its main feature is the completely new soundtrack. All the songs in SoniNeko have been converted from several sources using my own music converter.

Back to the video: I play through all of The Factory Zone (formerly Scrap Brain Zone), from act 1 to the ending (bad ending, as I went there with Level Select and I don't have the chaos emeralds).
This is NOT a speedrun, sometimes I actually take a longer path by purpose, as I mainly want to show the music, so I let it play for longer. Also in the ending, I keep it playing for an additional minute because I fucking love the ending song.

Did you actually play the Credit's scenes? Cause it looked like you did.

No, the problem with them is that Sonic runs much faster in my hack, so the original demo data screws up. I fixed this problem some days ago and it won't be present in the next release of my hack.

The hack looks okay but really you need to edit the level layouts just a bit or else all you've done is change the colours and the music ¬_¬

Yes, new layouts are planned, it's just a matter of time. This video was meant to show that the music replacement process is complete. As of now, my hack as a version number of 0.9, and I won't call it 1.0 until I'll completely redo ALL the layouts.

Still, the main point of it is that it's a music hack :p
