too slow mate.. you have to recast sliver too much.
Recommendation for you: air of superiority instead of ether feast and ebon battle standard of honor instead of glyph.
Air gives you far enough self heal and huge mana, and the most important: 9 in 10 cases 2-3× full skill recharge!! Battle standard increases you damage output by 50-80%!!!
I am rank 10 in both but r6-7 is still enough.
I used to do it with your build either (PvX)but what I wrote is much better, faster.
