@MasterEiji agreed. Sailor Moon was pretty popular among English speaking audiences... this is a similar type of show and it's nearly as good as SM, it should have been given a chance.

@Magicalduckwitch yeah it absolutely wouldn't surprise me if it was the same artists, the style is completely identical to Kodocha... and I don't remember Sana cosplaying as Ririka but that would be a hint that the same artists are behind it.
still can't know for sure though.
