@verwoerd The English subtitle isn't very good throughout the movie. The joke depends on the ambiguity between hanging up a phone and hanging somone, i.e. overthrowing a regime. Too bad it does not come out as clearly as it should. Many crucial things and subtleties are missed.

@qhubbles in between part 4 and 6 is a scene where Hempf is pretty much raping Christa-Maria in his limo. Youtube probably thought it violated a viewing code of some sort.

Ulrich Tukur has always been a fantastic actor, but he really excels as Oberstleutnant Grubitz in the joke scene.
I don't know if it comes across very well if you don't speak German but as I am a German, the scene just makes me shudder...
