Please visit my channel for the unpopular truth about homosexuality.
A person does not need hatred or any kind of phobia in order to acknowledge important differences between heterosexual attraction / behavior / marriage / adoption and homosexual attraction / behavior / marriage / adoption. Even non-religious people know this.
Homosexual activists, with support from the media, have successfuly framed themselves as noble victims; it's an effective way to push a social agenda.

There was something similar to this in the racing game Forza. You would drive and the program would take how you did things then use your strengths and weaknesses to drive the car in a race. Its not exactly the same as what the people at Stanford did, but about as close as I've seen firsthand.

@uniqueuserrname I can imagine. And it's exceedingly difficult in calm conditions. Imagine windy conditions. It could be impossible for a human to do stunts like this in windy conditions without computer-control.
I imagine stuff like this would be useful for helicopter rescue-missions during rough-weather which would otherwise be too dangerous to attempt.

what people fail to realize is what ever is learned in researches like these will eventually trickle down to something more useful... most likely, it may not even have anything to do with RC's whatsoever...
much of the technology that you enjoy today and keep up your standards of living have started in something completely unrelated and seemingly as useless as this computer controlled heli...

This type of learning should be used for the vehicles in the DARPA challenge or later autonomous vehicles.
