hungrybear9562 is just the latest in a long line of people who have to learn the hard way about fair use and using the DMCA to censor criticism. There is nothing special about him, he will learn eventually.

I did my best to educate him in the PM exchanges we had. Nice fellow but sadly he seems bent on learning the hard way.

In the mean time, don't let his threats intimidate you. Everyone learns eventually.

omg hungrybear, you are not utube admin, and you are not better than anyone else. u have to abide by the same tos as everyone else. if you post it, under the fair use act, anyone on youtube has a right to use portion of your videos, and comment, good or bad. thats the rules, thats the breaks. U should just let it go and let others have their opinions. Noones stealing your videos.DSSCTM is commenting, his opinion and views, and has every right to even if it not appealing to you. Just stop.

Supreme court, you know that the Supreme Court only takes a certain amount of cases a year right. Some high media issues like the creationism/Intelligent Design trial [Dover Trial]
