I know you are 19yrs old, but you got confused who the rivals were. Gypsies De Petion-ville became Scorpio Universel and Dificilles de Petion-ville became DP EXPRESS. Gypsies rivalry was with Dificilles which later changed in the late 70s to Scorpio (gypsies in early 70s) vs DP EXPRESS (dificilles in early 70s). DP = Difficilles Petionville.
