  • Pollard was apparently still in character :0)

  • All great actors and great movies.

  • na, he deserved it. he was excellent in cool hand luke.

  • Gene Hackman was robbed.

  • dragline you the man

  • Heavens to Murgatroid! What a heartwarming acceptance speech. Either Mr Kennedy is very tall or Ms Duke is quite petite. That joke about "Valley of the Dolls" tween Bob & Patty was painfully corny & unecessary. But at least Fox got a plug for their new movie!

  • @galileocan

How true! Sad that the quirky & eccentric but talented Mr Pollard never had another role as good as nor ever appeared in another film as good as "Bonnie & Clyde".

I second that emotion! George's recently published autobiography is a very entertaining read. Good ol' George comes across as a very sweet, humble, intelligent, classy & articulate gent.

  • Michael J. Pollard truly looks like someone who should be instituionalized....bizarre!!

  • thanx for finding this!

i have been searching for this footage for year!
