@Gluluman True on most of what you said and i want to add that since the Korean war up to late 80s, young mothers who had to raise kids in still growing country had to give up their kids because they couldn't take care of themselves let alone a child or two. Also, in Korea if you don't have kids and are married or of certain age you are deemed odd and less of a woman back in the day. Nowadays its more modern and doesn't have that stigma anymore, but it used to be that way
I kept thinking "who does she remind me of" and then I read a comment saying she somewhat favors Queen Latifah. That's who she puts me in the mind of.She very pretty and so is her personality.
I once dated a half /black half white ( mix race ) girl at first I though all was well, until you dig deep. Then you find out how screw-up and hurt some of these kids are due to their parents selfish and reckless pursue of lust , sexual fantasy - not thinking about their kids emotions. Shame on both parents.
@shalom1948hellyeah thnx for the examples and better explanation! wait, are u saying i'm ignorant? T_T no i'm not... i'm just not as smart as i want to be.. i agree with you.
This makes me so sad: That a mother and a daughter had to live separated because of racism and prejudice. I can't believe she was as old as three when she was given up for adoption. That had to be traumatic as HELL!!!! Marja obviously has a beautiful and open heart to forgive and love despite what she has been through. She is as beautiful on the inside as she obviously is on the outside. I'll definitely be keeping up with her and her shows for sure. Good luck to you Marja, as if needed! Love you
