  • Hi!

Is Mighty Lodge still there on Nomoluk? Grandma Rain died a while back, but I assume these are the kids of the girls she took care of, plus the rest of the families on the island.

Have Fierten and Leisy Rain been down lately?...Enjoy? I saw Paul in Hilo Hawaii back in 2006. Is Brandy still around? If so tell him Sam and Aleta Cox said to say hello.

I'm old and crippled now, but hope to see you all before I die...Mwan U Mala...

  • To Warden1224,

Stick dancing is a traditional type of dance generated and done long ago at traditional festivities, etc. The language is called, "Itang language."

The "Itang language" is known among the island hierarchy and the wise like the great sea navigators from long ago. It is a loved, cherished, admired, and beautiful language of respect, power, loyality, and wisdom according to its traditional root.

Thank you for your intrerest. May God bless you and yours.
