Oh, me too! I loved that scene. They were both still so young and innocent. *sigh* The whole Laura/Scotty/Bobbie triangle was why I started watching GH in the first place. Watching people my age actually getting a S/L, even carrying the show? It was exciting.

I have been looking for Scotty's first proposal to Laura in front of the Christmas tree too! Has anyone found it? I wish GH would put some of the more popular story lines on DVD. With editing, I am sure they could create something.

They have been re-hashing this whole Luke-Scotty- Laura bit since 1980. Nobody ever would believe Laura would leave Luke.

No, it wasn't a dream. Scott took Laura to a studio in L.A. and they did some play acting and goofed around.

Scott and Laura were dating at the time. They got engaged later in the year until Laura broke it off.
