International march against Morocco's wall of shame

May 2005, an international demonstration asks the demolishion of the Moroccan built wall, a 2.500 Km long berm protected by mines, barbed wire and more than 100.000 Moroccan soldiers, which separates the zone of Western Sahara occupied by Morocco and the freed zone under control of the Sahrawis' Polisario front.

we're both muslim.. wallahi i do not see why Muslims are fighting over trivial matters when our brothers and sisters are being killed by the west every single day.. Why does western sahara or the polissario want to be separated?? the want for freedom is embedded in our psyche, but we as arab or berbers can not divide ourselves into ridiculous battles over land. There are plenty of others outside of morocco who would prefer we stay ignorant, when the people of north Africa deserve better and have the capacity to make our country great.
