Just for a record,it's much more efficient if you use Photoshop for designing your clothes for Sims,you have much more options and tools. Paint is just for little children. But if yomeone doesn't have Photoshop,then maybe it would be the best to not desing any clothes for sims because all you'll get is some amateur,non-pretty clothes but everyone will choose what they like,this is just my suggestion :)

@gummiebear2020 you have to open the bodyshop from the latest expasion pack you installed. it should work.

Onthe bottom after u click refresh 2c ur clothes it will have alittle button that says import to game :) hope this helped :)
