This is the video The Basics of Non Violent Communication with Marshall Rosenberg (founder of Nonviolent Communication). Nonviolent Communication is not about speaking in a certain way but about speaking from at certain point of view. Practicing zazen (zen-meditation) and Nonviolent Communication helps you become one with that Point witch has been called many things (your true self, the heart, God, the Buddha Nature, the Nirvana-perspective).

  • @dralexryan the issues were still there, it became even worse. i didn't feel mentally better but i had energy - enough energy to attempt suicide. it was aweful, but, fortunately, i am still here. i guess depressed people are depleted for a reason. i made my choice not to take antidepressants anymore and to try and solve my problems through therapy and positive thinking. it's challenging and is like a ping pong match. still, i do not mind the idea of drugs and antidepressants,

  • @dralexryan *sighs* this is such a hard topic. ok, i kind of see where you're comming from. you're afraid people who have conditions like severe chronic depression or worse will be refused antidepressants and be harmed. i don't want it either. i've no medical training, but, i can talk of my own experience - i'm chronically depressed, and i was on antidepressants, and i felt many side effects. specifically - they did "elevate" my mood, or give me more energy, but because the issues were

  • I am hearing impaired and the closed captions aren't accurate. Can anyone post the transcript? Thanks!
