this Celebi is sent to either Pokémon HeartGold & SoulSilver Version, an in-game event will activate at the Ilex Forest Shine while Celebi is following you. The event will cause Celebi to take you back in time and allows you to see into Giovanni's past. This particular Celebi can also be sent to Black and White Version through the exclusive Transfer Machine, Celebi will then allow you to receive a Zorua from the GameFreak building in Castelia City.

Celebi is Level 50, holding a Jaboca Berry, knows Leaf Storm, Recover, Nasty Plot, and Healing Wish and has "GAMESTP" as the OT.
