Miley Cyrus Sweet Sixteen Serenade (October 6th 2008)

It was the sweet sixteen party to end all sweet sixteen parties. And besides having Disneyland all to herself, Miley Cyrus also got a very special treat from her rumored sweetie.

Taking the stage with Cyrus dad Billy Ray and sister Brandi, Justin Gaston helped sing Achy Breaky Heart to the Hannah Montana starlet.

Miley also received a new Maltipoo mix puppy named Sophie for her birthday as a gift from her parents in addition to the Mercedes-Benz coupe she ordered for herself last month.

All in all, Miss Cyrus was overwhelmed by the amazing spectacle, telling press, This is the most amazing sweet sixteen that a girl could ever have!
