We really have our work cut out for us in this clip. The Self Adhesive Vinyl material is cut with a plotter machine that uses a micro precision blade to make small incisions in the vinyl material. Australia Signs

  • if you not in a hurry ....let the vinyl shrink after you cut it or leave it in a very nice and hot room like put a heater on,vinyl will shrink and separate from you're cuts.i thin you should cut it before you need it in time.

  • @kevfla - It could be a lot of reasons, such as your blade being dull, not cutting at the right depth, the artwork could be off causing incorrect cuts or the vinyl material could have tunneling, which causes it to have a very weak adhesion to the backing (hence everything peels off). Vinyl cutting and weeding just happens to be one of those things that take a little time to master.

  • I hate weeding such a chose esp if you have alot to do.

  • @kevfla; make sure you have your blade pressure / force set correctly and run some test pieces before doing your final cuts on the cutter.

  • Hmm, why is it so difficult for me to weed? My letters keep pulling up or coming up completely.

  • Awesone...So you need a special blade and vinyl for this result?

Weeding is a tough work :S

  • thanks guys
