Margarine pumping and processing

Polar Process margarine pumping, margarine blending and margarine processing systems receive 14lb (6kg) blocks of cold margarine, blend it with herbs, spices and gases, emulsify it and pump it to a margarine packaging machine filler bowl. Adjustments to the ratio of dry to wet additives can be made on the fly. The texture is suitable for immediate butter packaging or margarine packaging into single serving plastic cups.
