Walter is SUCH an adorable and brilliant character. John Noble is just such an incredible actor.
I can't think of many characters where when they feel emotionally vulnerable and sad, I feel the same way. There are times when he's sad that you truly feel like you wish you could reach out and hug him. Just brilliant acting and writing for this character.
