That is a good question: I am making my observation compared to Dell Silverback, Level platforms and Kaseya.
I look at price per node or cost per site, user friendly interface, Security, scalability, and how committed the company is to develop as the market changes. But setting all of that aside your ability to market and sell monitoring to your end user is most important. Monitoring software can be switched out fairly quickly.
