Mounted a pair of longer, stiffer shocks on the rear end. I used to scrape a lot of chrome off the exhausts whenever I leaned too much or bumped into some rough roads with a passenger in the back. An old friend helped install the 2nd shock, as it can be tricky to fit the bolts through their respective holes once the 1st shock is already in place. Obviously, I had to press my big butt down on the saddle to achieve our task. That little bit of teamwork reminded us of great past times :).

Thanks, Terry! That makes two of us pannier-rack-lovers :). Indeed, it was a great sunday afternoon; can't imagine it being spent otherwise. How are you holding up?
