Lets just take what he is saying about making music and apply it all the arts shall we? Or anything that brings pleasure for that matter. Betty likes to make wonderful birthday and wedding cakes. Betty loves the feeling she gets from creating them and people love to receive them. So now is Betty wrong to do this only for her own pleasure? Does Betty need to stop making cakes for others and her own glory and start only making cakes for the LORD? Zeal without knowledge is not good.

there is no scripture that leads one to beleive that music should be held to any different standard then any other thing. Yes music should be used for GOds glory ,however so should everything else. I see no reason to point music out and teach this sermon only on music. Every skill ,talent,or accomplishment we make in anything ,music, sports, work, professiona lly or volunteerly ALL should be used for Gods glory. why put more pressure on music ?

Worship means being in the presence of God.. so than you don't need to make any specific sound. Just be with Him. Love him and let him overwhelm you with His presence.

Yes. But in fact worship is not only being glad in His presence, but also showing to the worlds the joy He gives us, by wich we can die: "Jesus said that to peter indicating the kind of death by wich he would gloroify His name"
