For the very first time in their illustrious career, STYX performs two of their classic, triple-platinum albums back-to-back, live, in their entirety. The Grand Illusion and Pieces of Eight, iconic and ground-breaking albums that helped define a musical landscape for an entire generation, are as powerful and vibrant in this live performance as they have been at any point in the band's history.
Shot in High Definition with 11 cameras at the historic Orpheum Theater in Memphis, TN, this epic performance features hits such as Renegade, Blue Collar Man, Fooling Yourself and Come Sail Away, as well as three songs never before performed in public.
The bonus features include "Putting on the Show", an in-depth look at the people and equipment behind the scenes

  • thisa hard song on drums

  • Chuck Panozzo (BASS) and James (JY) Young are the ONLY original members of Styx during this as Tommy Shaw came later and still is with them but I don't care for this so much, maybe I'm getting old as I saw them on their GRAND ILLUSION tour when I was young but I give them credit they are still around.ROCK ON!!!!!!

  • What a surprise! did not know I subbed! Wish I liked "Rock!" but, I never was a fan of that kind of music!! But, for all of you who do, I am happy for you......................:)

  • Wow, JY certainly must have a very close friendship with his plastic surgeon. YIKES!! And I agree about that annoying new-ish guy on Keys, what a ham. Just play the damn keyboards & stop Mugging for the camera & Crowd every 2 seconds. Tremendous drummer! Nice to see CHUCK P. out for a few songs (from what I've read).
