http://www.tiffanyrowan.com/essentialoils My chest was hurting so bad that we were in a mad rush to search all the oils we keep with us that would calm down my heart. I had palpitations twice before in the same week, but not this painful. Luckily we always keep essential oils with us because it saved me a trip to the emergency room. I used Valor and Deep Relief from Young Living generously on my chest. I was able to get my heart to calm down so I could assess any other symptoms I had, and start treating the cause of the palpitations. I had been attributing my lower back pain to the frequent massages I was giving at my new job. It wasn't until I was having a clear discharge that I realized that my lower back pain was actually a kidney infection which was then causing my heart to race after I ate. I placed 10 drops of lemon essential oil in a capsule, and took it three times a day until the infection was gone (for three days). I would not trust inferior oils to have these same results. Please do not try this without Young Living essential oils.
