  • That is such an ignorant comment. These children are orphans and obviously BORN in DR, so therefore, they are Dominican. I am a brown-skinned Dominican as well and it is that same mentality that keeps our culture depressed. If there were European children born in DR in the video, no one would say anything, but when they are black it is always a problem. These children are deprived of carino/love and familia/family, yet all you see is race. I love my Dominican culture but hate the ignorance.

  • "I have a maker, he formed my heart...He calls me his own" God made us all different and beautifully so. God didn't make us all unique so that we could discriminate against our brothers and sisters. Amazing video truly inspiring.

  • @holloween2011 Really? you've been to both islands? LMAOOOO! Its the same people from the same island. Why are you telling me about your Canadian background? Who gives a fuck?

  • @music4dasoul1 as a person of canadian backround whos been to both islands and seen the people. yes there is a DRAMATIC difference. not justin race, haitians being prodominantly african, dominicans more mixed. race has nothing to do with it. its impossible for a 3rd world country to suport illegal 4rth worlders and tere children. they have the same problem inbahamas were haitians are 30% of the populace. but since there all mostly black and law isin there favor abuse is keptsecret

  • @less01 can't nobody tell me Dominicans and Haitians are not the same people. I know haitian mullatos I know dominican mullato's. I know black haitians, I know black Dominicans. So your gonna sit here and tell me there not equal. You can keep saying it until you believe it but your not fooling me.

  • @less01 the Taino's inhibited the entire island of Hispaniola and named it Ayiti, Quesqueya, Boyo. Not only that but Haiti fought and liberated the DR and governed the whole island at one point.

  • DR is located today Quisqueya = Mother of all lands. Dominican Republic is primarialy a Mulatto and Mestizo country with all skin colors from WHITE, to dark and everything in between... I have no issue being called mullatto, black , whatever you want but please stop making us equal.... because we are truly not... is just a historical fact... Hispaniola has been geographically and culturally divided since the days o the natives.

  • @music4dasoul1 Where the hell do you get this haahaha have you ever read a history book... even American history books who are plagged with inacuracies and totally partial to the American agenda show that is not the case..... the Truth is that Hispaniola was called Ayiti =Land of mountains by the indians of the area where today is Haiti more or less and QUISQUEYA (which everyone seem to coviently forget) te indians of the area where more or less

  • Hispaniola used to be called Ayiti(Haiti) before the island got devided into two sections. So don't be suprised when you see a dark skin Dominican. Hispaniola is a black island and dominicans are of Haitian African heritage no matter how light or dark they are.

  • THESE HAITIANS PEOPLE, NEEDS HELP, I THINK THEY SHOULD LIVE IN ANOTHER PLACE, OR BE ADOPTED, OR TAKEN CARE OF,
