  • i gained like 2lbs and im mad at myself for it :(

  • pecan is mine

  • Even better, eat free range eggs!

Of course we can survive not eating meat but obtaining quality protein is hard to find. Such as soy-it has protein but unfermented soy actually inhibits your body's ability to use protein - most people don't know that. And most whey products are not healthy and it is so much better to eat natural vitamins. Living a truly healthy vegetarian diet is so difficult and i don't think its necessary if we could all treat animals right and go organic.

  • actually im really glad you touched this point. In my opinion, if someone chooses to eat meat, they should AT LEAST do what you are saying.. i repeat.. at least. Thats what i do with eggs.. i eat cage free eggs.

but still we do not need meat u kno? if it was impossible then i would obviously do what you said in VERYYYYY little ammounts cuz is actually not so good as people think,.. besides proteins, iron, and B12 are found in other foods.

  • i hear you sarah...just so you know, i am using low fat when possible (not fat free), and of course mostly organic. and i am not planning any appetizers or fatty lil snacks

    =)

  • I love pumpkin pie!

  • oooh i do love apple pie!!! Less calories than i thought though which is good :)

  • Is isn't unnatural to eat meat AND there are sources to find meat where animals are treated well - no crazy hormones, not locked up in cages, and not fed mystery food. They live naturally, eat what they would normally eat. Sure the meat is pricier but it is quality. Not only for the animal, but it is also higher quality in nutrition too.

Funny thing is, i hate thanksgiving dinner. I'm no fan of turkey, stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, pecan pie, etc. But i love pumpkin pie. :) Weird

  • You've embraced widescreen I see. Good video.
