I'm not Turkish and I can catch only 3 words from it.. Cile means suffer or pain, and bülbül is nightingale, the bird with the nicest voice :)

@oziriszhamvai You are right about Çile (noun) but in this song it is also used in verb form which means to sing (for birds). In a sense it says Suffering has ended, now it's time to sing :)
