材料:木瓜,豬排骨,紅棗,生魚,薑
Ingredient: papaya, spearib, red dates, snakehead fish, ginger
用高級不銹鋼煲
Use tall soup pot, stainless steel one, so that you can fry the fish and pour in hot water to do the soup at one hit!
加油,薑,煎生魚,加熱水,加紅棗(去核),加木瓜(去皮去核),出左水的排骨
add oil, ginger, to fry the snakehead fish, then add hot water, red dates (seedless), papaya, spearib after hot bath
大火滾三十分鐘,出味
high heat for 30 minutes is the key to enhance the aroma of the soup
慢火煲兩個小時
low heat for 2 hours
加鹽
add salt to taste
