Hi..I know its not a Leo number..Fahey might have played it but Stefan Grossman has it recorded under two names (1) Vestapol(because its played in D Open tuning and Vestapol means this tuning...(2) Trainfare Blues...which is on Stefans "Love Devil and the Blues" album...
One can certainly have a lot of fun with it and I am sure that Stefan referred to it as one if not the most popular number in live concerts yet its so simple..I found several tabs for it on a quick Google search.
