There is no NWO plan, either, Even though Bush the 1st used it at least twice on national tv, and Kissinger has used it many times on CNN recently. "Conspiracy theorists" is a term invented by MSM to discredit and demonize.

@11pinrelay Nope. Mr. Russo owed 2 million dollars in taxes, all of which he refused to pay. Ironic. A man against personal taxes couldn't pay them himself.

Therefore, those quotes are meaningless and are likely fabricated. Why conspiracy theorists cling to him I will never know.
