http://bit.ly/tKXAN7 - Did you know, the cheapest way to build your own personal marketing team is called the "Piggy Back Method". In essence you're using the marketing teams of large multinational corporations as your own resource.

Just because you're in the internet marketing field, doesn't mean you can't use the expertise and knowledge of the teams of people employed by large organisations to sell the goods.

I often take a pad and pencil into my local stores and jot down different ways they market to the end consumer. I basically take a note of the colours they use, the sort of promotions they run and the words they use in their copy.

Try out for yourself and you'll see what I mean.

Hi Des, great ideas mate. Point of sale is a huge part of these companies research and you're right by studying the big players who are paying thousands and thousands for that research we can use it to our advantage. Now to head over and check out the post ;)
