this is awsome.. i went to the site to try to buy it but i couldnt find the right thing? where exactly is it?

you need to hard reset it. BUT IT WILL DELETE EVERYTHING FROM THE PHONE INCLUDING PROGRAMS THAT U PUT URSELF......hold the 2 buttons with the dash on them. keep them pressed and click on the reset button under ur fone its a little hole. hold the 2 buttons while u press the reset!!!!
