The ones in the crates are the cattery's male studs. They were just in there while I visited. The breeder has to keep the boys & girls separated sometimes or she'd have a ton of kittens instead of just one or two litters a year.

I'm getting a pet soon, but I have to get a LOW-shedding dog or cat. We were going to get a devon rex... but they look weird, and they molt their fur, and they are oily... tell me if they make good pets, low shedding, will sleep on your lap, and are very playful. Thanks.

Birmans have really sweet dispositions & want to be around you all the time. Mine follow me around from room to room. Their hair doesn't get matts like other long haired cats but you do have to comb them every few days just to get the loose hair out otherwise you get clumps of it in the carpet. Mine usually have a full-on wrestling match 5 minutes after I've vacumed.

You should see how big they are now! I have the darkest one in the video. He's about 15 pounds now. My blue lynxpoint girl out of the same litter is a tiny little thing compared to him. It's such a pretty breed.
