There is no victor in war. To those who felt happy when the NVA soldiers were killed, you are immature. How many of them had families, were forced to fight or have their families killed. War is stupid, no glory in it.

@DezireGlory Although there was no clear winner, and it is often said America lost, america killed more men then the NVA and if they hadn't done as good as they did Communism may have spread all over asia, and we could've had some serious trouble... so it wasn't a complete waste of young lives.

@TheLincolnWorld What people are not taught in school about Vietnam is, this was the first time a war was run by politicians, instead of Generals, and became a political issue. LBJ decided he would run every aspect of the war, pick targets, and he hoped, make him the next Eisenhower in the process. Eisenhower was a general first, then president. LBJ was a politician and not a very good one. Had this war been prosecuted as WWII, the North would have been annihilated by1967.

@TheRealShitlet when u said, fighting for you and winning, yes true, but nobody won this war i thought ? Just a pointless war that killed many, many men for no reason, well, yet again, there could be, but im not quite sure if there was, but anyway, i pay my respect to all of thos who died.
