One problem that I have always had with my voice is sibilance. Especially when it comes to being recorded. A quick work-around is to use small diaphram microphones... like lapel mics. It also helps to stand back a bit from the mic, if using a condenser style mic with a large diaphram. Normally about 4 feet will do the trick. In to-days test I'm trying out one of my favourite mics, the Sennheiser ME 67 Long Gun Shotgun Mic. As you can see, it does a pretty good job... though the Lapel mic is best.

Also testing out using a chroma keyed background for the video clip. Looks a lot better than using my own office, which is always messy.

  • dear sir. Your video is completely useless, cause you upload video in a very bad quality . So, the Mp3 compression of youtube destroy all the sound quality you can have with any microphones.

For any sound test, try to upload at least on classic defintion, or HD, not 320X200....
