NLRB Hearing: Matthew Finkin

Professor Matthew W. Finkin, Harno-Cleary Chair in Law at the University of Illinois, testifies at a Joint Hearing of the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Education and Labor Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions and the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Subcommittee on Employment and Workplace Safety concerning the effect of National Labor Relations Board decisions on workers' rights.
