If you're wondering what I'm doing, I've decided to eat only raw food for 20 days. I am doing this just as a detox, a way to start healthier habits, and for the simple challenge of it:)

  • i was wondering if we keep you honest.... if your worried about telling us....sounds like that kids gonna be a hella good salary man.... i mean he can already eat two meals in the time it take for a normal person to eat one.... less break time....

  • @shenzishenzi hey u say u feel different do u feel better or lke fatigued and weak? do you think it is possible to continue 4 a very long time? bc i cant cook hav basically nobody to cook 4me neither do i like cook, but strive to eat 100% macrobiotic

  • I feel like certain things like depression and lethargy have lessened dramatically. I dont feel very powerful or energetic when I exercise (I feel a bit frail), but when I'm sitting around and working, i feel way more alert than before. While I personally wouldnt do it for a long time (as I love foods of all kinds and I find the raw food way is socially, very difficult, and a little expensive), many people do it for their whole lives very happily, so try it, and if you think you can, go for it:)
