This Scene from the TV Movie of the Week, as ABC used to call them, "Pray for the Wildcats", starring Andy Griffith in one of his darkest roles as a Sadistic Biker, was pretty memorable in 1974 when it first aired. He clearly wanted show his acting chops after being typecast as Sherrif Taylor for so long. Also starring a milquetoast William Shatner as an executive with glasses, and the late Robert Reed in a naturalistic performance as his pal and the forgotten Marjoe Gortner as the requiste counterculture youth appears in this scene. Angie Dickenson was slumming in it also.

well, you got Sheriff Taylor, Capt Kirk, Mr. Brady, Police Woman Pepper, and a faux faith healer all in one action packed adventure. Who could ask for more?

No, that is not Ted Danson. I checked his acting background and his first role was not until 1975 and no listing for "Pray for the Wildcats".

Ahahaha! First of all, no, i'm not kidding. Second, you're one of only a couple of people i see on here that think it's Ted Danson. Lastly, you haven't done your research. Michael was played by Robert Burton, who was also in Trilogy Of Terror. Look up Trilogy Of Terror 1975 on YT. You're welcome.
