Man that music takes em back to the good and old times where ragnarok wasn't a lucrative machine but the best MMORPG in the world. Where you could play with players and not bots, when hunting was fun and pvp where fair when no stupid 30 years old with no life spends all his money in a kids game just to become powerful, but what I miss more are my loyal friends...

I tried playing Ragnarok Online again. It wasn't the same, I had huge amounts of nostalgia, but that's about it. Sometimes you have to let good times behind, even if you really wanna have them back.

Atlantis RO have 1500 users online peek hours, and the donation shops are just as they were on the official server

@Disturbeu it's too late now, RO is pretty much dead... the private servers are plagued with ridiculous donation shops, the population is dwindling, official ragnarok servers are still filled with bots. ah how I miss the good old RO days, when we had multiple private servers with 2k+ players, and the official had like 10k+..

it killed the official ragnarok servers. but not private ones: theres an antibot system called Harmony which works on eAthena (the privates server's emulator) which make servers unboteable; in four years, OpenKore (theyr community) havent found a way to bypass it, so yeah, the future of Ragnarok Online depends plently on private servers. pretty sad tbh. "Renewal" fucked it up too, by the way.

there were no paytards back then, not much of competition,no bots and all were fair.

well, the best thing about this "mere" game is that it shows how friendships work even though it's through pixels :) and you will guys felt that unknown feeling while playing the game. sigh, this is so nostalgic :) BEST MMORPG EVER , it's not how the game works, on how the graphics astonished us or whatsoever, but this is the only game that gave me unforgettable memories :)
