C'mon guys give her a break, her name is Kim Hee Sun and she is a south korean actress. This is a scene from the korean drama 'Sad Love Story' where she has to act out a poor and blind character who has a gift in singing. Its for the drama - which i recommend to watch (its soo sad and also has the hot actor kwon sang woo!) - so i wouldn't call it lipsyncing...
