This is all good but I'm never sure how many reps I should do or how frequently I should lift. I usually curl until I cant go any more. Any advice would be highly appreciated.

@IronDeth95 He mentions 16 when he starts, don't know if he means for all of them or only that one. I think 30 is standard for these exercises.
