I've had this same problem on my original storm and on the replacement storm. This phone is a joke.

The storm is a big pain in the rear end. I just updated to the latest firmware and now freezes everyday, it doesn't let me answeat my calls, i can't use the letter "e" in the landscape keyboard and when I try to click in one app another one gets selected

Looks like a defective device there. Take it back instead of whining on youtube.

same thing happened to me with my LG Voyager a while back, touchscreen was defective on a new one i got because i dropped my old one and broke it, the touch screen would just do whatever it wanted regaurdless of where i touched.

...what firmware are you running ? Oh and you might have a defective model because that sometimes happens to all touchscreen devices. It happened to my friends dare once, it would just do whatever it wanted to.
