@Missygirl9494 You need to login your computer as administrator to reset DMA on vista/windows7. Or disable the UAC of Vista/windows7, then reset DMA again to see the result.

@Missygirl9494 Please update to DVDFab 8.1.0.6 Qt Beta version form the download page of DVDFab.com and try it again. If you still can not start copying, please click the tick green icon button at the right top corner of the DVDFab screen, open "Common Settings" window, click on "Pathplayer", deactivate it to copy this DVD again, please remember to turn it back to "Always Enabled" when done.

@dvdfabber im now using 8.1.0.5 and basically heres the steps:
Open program
insert dvd
wait for the dvd opener to open the dvd....
and thats where i have the problem because most times it freezes right there. the only way i can even attempt to get it to work is closing the program, opening it back up and resetting dma. but it is such a hassle to constantly do this.

@Missygirl9494 Which version are you using now? Please list the process you went through step by step, then we will check where the copying problem is.

@doniieebO95 The region option only appears when your original disc' region code is different from the DVD drive's region code setting, this window will pop up to ask you specify the region code. After load the movie disc into DVDFab, please go to common settings-info, check the disc' region and your DVD drive's region. You may also go to common settings > proction > DVD and make sure you have select the option that the software will ask you about region code issue before opening the disc.
