@Marokkaanszeful If not Tunisian than what? Perhaps you are confused by the title with "Cheb Khaled", which is misleading as he is Algerian and is not even singing this song. Otherwise, as far as I know, this song is definitely 100% Tunisian and you should say where this song is from if not Tunisia. Otherwise you are misinformed and should go to a library and read a little more. Get hooked on phonics.

@ZombieSlayerZ9 Actually, Tunisians are not all Arab. You have Amazigh's [aka Berbers] who inhabited the region long before influxes of Arabians ever entered the region. You also had, and still have a small population of Jews who were there since the destruction of the first temple. That being said, the song is in Arabic and sung by an Arab, so you it not inaccurate to state most Tunisians are Arab with Arabic culture. This not sung by Cheb Khaled who is Algerian, not Tunisian.
